this area is one of the most beutyful place for trekkers.This section of the Lower great Himalaya trail offers beautiful Himalaya views, among which a view of Mt Everest,cho-oyu,makalu,amadablam thamsherku,kangteka  and many more . You cross several passes of around 3800 m, which offer splendid views over the Himalayas range  beutyful landscape and green valleys and beutyful village. You can  pass through authentic Sherpa and Rai villages and beautiful rhododendron forests every deffrient place the sherpas people are stay avobe 3000m.and below is rai,tamang,gurung,mangar and many different cast.. An added advantage of this section, is that there are very good tourist facilities, but few tourists compared to the popular Khumbu/Everest area.but not similar to khumbu zone this area not provided all kinds of  facilities for trekkers like khumbu zone.some wear we most stay in   lodge and some time in the ,tent and small local tea shop and we most provide all kinds of camping equipment   warm gear and all staff including porter..

Day 01: Drive o Jiri 6/7hrs by Bus or private transport and trek to Sivalaya.
Day 02: Trek to Bandar,5/6hrs,
Day 03: Trek to Sete, 7/8hrs,
Day 04: Trek to Junbesi,7/8hrs,visit Thuptenchholing Gumba
Day 05: Excursion day at Junbensi,
Day 06: Trek to Jyalsa, 6/7hrs
Day 07: Trek to Bhudi Danda,6/7hrs
Day 08: Trek to Sotang,6/7hrs    
Day 09: Trek to Thateng,6/7hrs
Day 10: Rest day at Thateng,
Day 11: Trek to Gudel,5/6hrs,
